Food Storage
This sight makes me laugh. Since they usually don't have a lot of space, newlyweds are often told to be creative about their food storage...under the bed, as end tables, etc. Why I find this so amusing is because we live in a lovely pretty new 4 bedroom home, and we HAVE NO SPACE for food storage. Yep, this is in our walk-in closet. This and other shelves stacked with cans are in our bedroom closet. So, the advice is not just for newlyweds!

Freshly Squeezed Juice
Allen is using the new juicer I got him for Christmas; it's really a great juicer, and he says it's easy to clean up. The oranges are the best oranges I've ever had...Marriner Ashcroft picked them last week in California and gave us a box. They are so sweet and juicy.
But, what the heck is Allen doing? He always cuts up any peelings, etc., and puts it as compost out under some of the trees. He doesn't know if it does any good, but it should, right?

What???Aren't They Already Bad Enough For You?
Seen at the St. George Art Festival....
(BTW, I'm talking about the deep fried twinkies here, not the fish and chips, although they probably aren't so good for a person either.)

Fresh From the Tree
Thanks, Marriner, for the delicious fresh oranges. Truly, I've never tasted such incredibly, sweet oranges....yum, yum!
